His father was holding an urgent council meeting. When he got to the great hall, he was shocked to see his brother Enre and the female alpha Daciana. He was enraged with anger but his father was determine to put them both to death. To make matters worse the Vatlac sultan had arrived and had his daughters with him. Selena, goddess he had not seen her in quite some time. They both had issues with one another but long ago they had loved one another. The setting continues with Marcin's father setting a series of games for anyone to try and save Enre and Daciana. <br /><br />Marcin and Selena won the first round by bringing back the game alive. The next round would prove to be difficulty because his father had turned there pets into monsters. Marcin won he second challenge and was given boon. When he realized that they had been poisoned he had to get Selena to safety. He called his father on this crime and when all was said and done, his father was dead. <br /><br />He got to Selena just in the nick of time and when she came around he told her everything that had happened. With his father dead, he would rule that territory and finally have peace. He wanted her at his side. She was is soul wolf. They could rule together. In the death of his father he and his brother Enre finally made peace and promised to see each other as often as possible. The mating ceremony was beautiful and Marcin and Selena finally got the peace and happiness a they deserved. <br /><br />Excellent read. This entire series has been fabulous to read.

I was provided an ARC in exchange for an honest review.  One of the things I love most about this series and Walsh’s work is the feeling of anxiety and anticipation I feel while reading; my heart speeds up and I’m crawling out of my skin to read faster.  Cloaked in Blood was so loaded with mystery and intrigue, I was never sure what was going to happen. <br /><br />The story picks up pretty much where book two leaves off; Enre and Danica are being hauled off to stand trial for crimes they didn’t commit.  This is being done by one of the best villains I have read in a long time, the Varlac Emperor Alpha; he is truly worth despising, I wanted to reach into the pages and strangle him myself.<br /><br />The Emperor is always plotting and moving and at the same time he has Enre and Danica up for trail, he also invites the Varlac Sultan Alpha and his daughter, Selena, under the guise of making peace, through a mating of her and his eldest son, Marcin, to stay at his castle.  The thing is those two are long lost sweethearts.  This was the only disappointment I had in the whole story; I wish we would have been given more of the backstory with these two, we were just given snips.  I hope Walsh goes back and writes another novella to fill in the blanks.  I am one that likes ALL the details. <br /><br />With another Varlac in attendance, a contest or a battle of innocence is decided, much to the Emperor’s chagrin, and 20 wulfkin are to compete to become champions for Enre and Danica, and to also win a boon from the Emperor.  The Boon is huge, it can be anything. <br /><br />I really don’t want to give anything away because OMG it was SO GOOD!  There were so many twists and turns, I was on the edge of my seat.  I was rooting for Selena and Marcin to get it together and trust each other. <br /><br />Cloaked in Blood is such a thrilling adventure; full of love, betrayal, heartache, loyalty and true heroism.  I LOVED every second!..Sara<br /><br /><a target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow" href="http://www.boundlessbookreviews.com">http://www.boundlessbookreviews.com</a><br /><br /><a target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow" href="https://www.facebook.com/BBReviews">https://www.facebook.com/BBReviews</a>

Amazing! Every time I read a TF Walsh novel, I love it even more than the last. Each story, she increases the stakes and draws the reader in until I screamed when my Kindle ran out of battery and I couldn't find the charger fast enough.<br /><br />This latest book is my favorite so far. Marcin is a brooding hottie and his love interest, Selena, is a fierce warrior in her own right. Can they rekindle the passion they had as teens? Or does one of them have a secret agenda?<br /><br />I could not get enough of this novel and I highly recommend it and all of TF Walsh's books.

My wolf was in my head, reminding me of our attraction, our connection, our future. Selena was my soul wolf. I’d known it from the first time we met in Turkey. HOWLING WULFKINS!! What a truly MARCINTASTIC &amp; SELENATACULAR book! **Before I get into the review, I want to say that I am well aware that I do emphasize some points more than once only because I don’t know how else to adequately describe the impact this story has had on me, convey my love for it all and say just how WULFNOMENAL every little bit of it is!** There are so many WULFTASTIC features inside that I couldn’t even begin to list or identify them all, but here’s a hint – humor, love, friends, secrets, betrayal, family, pack mates, Soul Mates, lust, rage, hate, and well, you get the idea! wink The story is told in first person switching between the main characters (Tania does this perfectly too!) which I love! It connects me to the characters, giving it more of a personal feel, more realism. I had the immense privilege and pleasure of reading this entire series (so far) over a couple of days, and WOW!! What a howl of a time I had watching the stories come to life in my mind’s eye so that I was living the adventures along with the characters! I was addicted right from the very start of Cloaked, the prequel that kicked this series off, and by the time I was a chapter or two into it, let alone into Cloaked in Fur (book 1), I knew this would be a series like no other! I am addicted to each individual story and the series as a whole! I love every character both human and Wulfkin, as well as every situation they get in (&amp; out) of! Not only could I not stop reading, but when I did have to stop (apparently my furbaby needs to eat every now &amp; then. LOL) I was so obsessed with it that all I could think about was the characters, the story, replaying it through my mind, imagining how it would play out, or how it would end. (and yes, I confess to wondering what my new friends were up to without me!) Did I mention that I love, Love, LOVE this series to the point that I am a teeny bit OBSESSED!!! (There is NOTHING “teeny” about it!) wink I couldn't imagine how the series could possibly get better, how Tania could ever write another book that would have even half of the same effect on me that Cloaked &amp; then Cloaked in Fur did...BUT WOW!!! Tania certainly knows how to write the stories that grab my attention and keep me engrossed from start to finish! Not only did the books that follow affect me, but they pulled me so deep into this Wulfkin World, that I cannot believe this is "just" fiction or even “just” a book! There is nothing “just” about it! And, again, YES! Tania not only kept the magic going (and fueled my addiction even more), but each story is just so rich &amp; deep in quality and stuffed full with WULFTACULAR story content! Even though I didn’t think it PAWSSIBLE, with every chapter, every page, heck even every paragraph I read I became even more enthralled, more captivated, more in love with it all!! I AM ABSO-WULFKIN-LUTELY CONSUMED - MIND, BODY, SPIRIT AND SOUL! T.F. Walsh is so phenomenally talented and so gifted beyond measure that she has to be Blessed by the Moon Goddess herself! (Personally I think Tania IS the Moon Goddess!) Her FURREFIC stories are so deeply enriched they come to life by her immensely WULFDERFUL lush descriptions of everything from the sights &amp; sounds, to the smells and the way you can feel everything from emotions to the wind blowing your hair and the snow &amp; cold biting at your fingers &amp; toes. I felt like I even could transform into Wulfkin and back to human with Selena and Marcin!! With every chapter I read, with each book, this series just gets richer, the world gets bigger, brighter and makes me wish that there were 100 books out already so I could just live in this Wulfkin Legacy World FUREVER &amp; EVER!!! (Hmm, although the flipside would be that I wouldn’t have time to read each book multiple times!) wink Tania’s extensive research and attention to detail, the love, care, planning, plotting, every single bit that she does to create these MAGNIFIWULF and PAWMAZING books &amp; series gives them this rare &amp; unique quality of depth and is what elevates her books to stand above &amp; on top of a crowd! All of this combines to elevate T.F. Walsh to the Elite Author that she is. I guaran-dam-tee that you will not only be seeing “T.F. Walsh” at the tops of each and every single chart, book list &amp; bestsellers list that she can possibly qualify for, but she will stay there with every book she writes, for the rest of her career. How to even start this review, to say this book is really great just doesn't seem enough!! RF Walsh has such a great way of writing that you are pulled into her books and just don't want to leave!! I loved how this story develops and it's taken to the next level. Selena and Marcin's story was so well developed and complex I don't know who the author dose it. This story made me just melt they were so great and the end just makes the next one not coming out to the end of the year seem so long away.

wow this was amazing. i got pulled into the story until i couldn't put it down. it was hott and amazing. the characters were strong and kept me interested. the storyline was fun and action packed. amazing story and im so glad i got to review it
