A quick, gritty, exciting read. It was great seeing where everybody was at in their lives outside of the company. But are they safe from retaliation or is the company patiently waiting to strike. At that ending was fabulous!! <br /><br />(I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book)

So what can I say about this story - take all your favorite twisted men from Clarissa's stories and stick them all in one story and have them interconnected in ways we may not have even known. It may be years later , they all may have attempted to move on BUT will The COMPANY ever leave them alone ?? Let me just say I would have loved a visual of some sorts of that end piece !! All in one place - all that alpha crazy hotness !! WOW that is gift. <br /><br />I do admit I prepared myself by re-reading my reviews and others , plus the synops for the stories that came before this. I love that I could totally recall so much of the stories despite the fact that I read a ton and it has been some time since I have read some of them. CW's crazy twisted writing just clings to you !! It was great playing catch up , it was emotional to recall some of the loss, it was hot getting more steam from some and of course it was just enough to get us excited !! <br /><br />Daniel and Ava make an attempt at normal and this last step doesn't go as well as planned. This spurs on action from Victor , Angel and Phoenix that leaves you wondering who is on what side and will we suffer more loss, more importantly did CW write this story just to torture us by taking someone away ?? A very quick read , too easy to spoil ,vague-viewing possibly but oh well - take a chance - read it !! If you have yet to read the 4 stories this started from or Mr. X , do so now !! If you enjoy dark , crazy , twisted these are some of CW's finest !!

There are Four stories that are intertwined by fate—they are a return to the dark side. A revisit to previous couples to see how they have been and wow, I totally loved the going back and visiting. So glad the author did, because I enjoyed the “visit”. Three years have passed but it doesn’t feel like time has passed at all for the couples featured in this book---Ava &amp; Daniel (Ultimate Sin), Angel &amp; Sky (Twenty One), Vanessa &amp; Phoenix (Stalker) , &amp; Viktor &amp; Alexis (Vitor). If you haven’t read any of the books listed, you need to read these books first then start this book. <br />What this book is about is Four couples, who are linked to an evil business empire on different terms, intersecting in chapters for this novella. It isn’t a “hey lets meet” kind of thing, its “we better meet, things are about to go bad “ kind of meet; it was great to watch the MC from the previous different books meet up and interact in this novella. At times angst filled, other times with a touch of humor. Also has the kinky, naughty vibe which is my favorite to read. The author gives you four stories to revisit couples to see how they are doing and what is new it’s like epilogue scenes. If you have read Stalker, Twenty-One, Ultimate Sin, and Viktor than you do not want to miss out it adds so much to their story. I really enjoyed going back and visiting them. These four couples are linked together through a evil business empire. I really love the twists this author puts on spin just when you think you have it worked out you find you aren’t even close. The author gives you a little action, intrigue and some very hot scenes you don’t want to miss. Reading this really bought back why I love Ms. Wild dark romance this is full of the dark side, sweetness, and loyalty giving you a well balance world that pulls you in. <br /><br />After reading this I want to go back and retouch base with the books knowing I missed so parts because I flew through them so fast. They really are set on the edge of your seat reads that pull you in. If you have read them after this you will want to go back a read them again. I just love the way this book was put together.<br />**************

I like it very much when an author writes epilogues for those characters and their stories that had an impact on us, readers.<br /><br />As I've read the other four novels where the main characters come from, it's interesting to see the plot progress one more step with all of them involved together. Four couples, who are linked to an evil business empire on different terms, crisscross chapters in this novella. <br /><br />Things are getting ugly relating the company that's brooded so much horror and torturous business, and all of them get forcibly acquainted with a new reality. The writing is light and fast paced as the characters swap their perspectives full of love, naughty fun, freedom and also a good dose of past sins. Even though the ending was a bit abrupt, I enjoyed the parts of dark and lust from this iconic characters. It's an asset for fans, no doubt.<br />

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. <br /><br />I have read and absolutely loved Stalker, Ultimate Sin, Twenty One and Viktor. You too will need to have read these books before reading this novella. They are all dark reading at their finest. If you love dark books as much as I do you do not want to miss those books or this novella. <br /><br />This novella is amazing. It revolves around Ava and Daniel and their handing of something they go at the end of Ultimate Sin. The Company needs to be brought down. To do this Daniel must involve Viktor, Angel. Phoenix and their partners. Danger is coming and I loved the way it all twisted and twined these characters together. <br /><br />Clarissa Wild never fails to draw me into her books and hold me on the edge of my seat till the very end. I so can not wait for much much more.

When I read Clarissa Wild was bringing back the couples from Stalker, Twenty-One, Ultimate Sin and Viktor, I knew I had to read it! You definitely need to read these books before this one. I recommend Mr. X as a starting point as it is the beginning of the darkness and a fantastic read.<br />Happy Forever After Darkness is a novella-size book which intertwines the epilogue stories of Ava and Daniel, Angel and Sky, Vanessa and Phoenix (my favorite dude!), and Viktor and Alexis. It left me with unanswered questions, and wanting more! It was sexy, dark, gritty...true Clarissa Wild!! Is there more to these stories!? I can't wait to see!!

It's so good to hear about all these characters, see a little of their lives after all that had happened. Seeing them all well and adjusting to normal life after The Company. <br /><br />I would really like to see what happens after that final scene and I really really really would love to read more about "the man with black coat" and ready for more from him. He still is my favorite character.
