Alicia is the daughter to a mob boss and when she is taken by Rick Ramano, a rival mafia family, he doesn’t want to hurt her, he wants her for himself. Sparks fly between them but can the prevent a war between the two mafia families and discover a traitor? Fast-paced read with intense and steamy chemistry, plenty of drama and suspense. A good read.

May contain spoilers*****
This is the story of Rick and Alicia. Rick is a mob boss and Alicia's father is the head of another mob. Something happens and Rick agrees for revenge that they need to kidnap the daughter of the other mob boss, which again is Alicia. Obviously everything you expect happens since this is the same mob story told over and over. That said I did enjoy this book more then I thought I would. I read another book by bianca and this one was a definite improvement.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

The Queen He Never Expected

It's a fun read with an older, over-the-top alpha that is possessive as all getup. When Alicia was kidnapped, her world changed more than she ever expected. I think this is the hottest of the series. As his brothers feel about the women in their lives, Rick quickly falls hard and becomes insatiable for his queen. The two of them are all oil and vinegar, sass and dominance outside of the bedroom but steps behind that door and *pow* their intensity will bowl you over (and melt your panties). I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

The Mafia King is the last book in this series and I neeeeed more! I’ll definitely be rereading this. This whole series was short, hot, delicious, and smutty mafia romance that hit the spot for me.

The alpha is all kinds of perfect dominant and rules his kingdom while the heroine is just the perfect balance of brave and sweet.

Love it!

Possession is 9/10 of the law right............does that work for people you kidnap also???

Her Mafia King is the third book in the Romano Mafia Brothers series by Bianca Cole. It is the story of Rick and Alicia.
Rick is the boss of the Romano Mafia family. He needs to take action against another mob family, specifically the boss of that family, in order to teach him a lesson and for revenge. What he orders is for the daughter of the mob boss to be kidnapped. What he does not expect is Alicia.
Alicia is smart young woman who is the daughter of the boss of the Juliano Mafia. She is not blind to what the family business is. Nor is she unaware of what her father gets up to and how far he ambition stretches beyond his ability.
Alicia is not what Rick expected and this makes things interesting. He needs to use Alicia as leverage against her father but the only problem is his instant attraction to her. Alicia is also attracted to Rick. After all his is handsome, sexy, has muscles galore and is also smart. But he has still kidnapped her so maybe will is not going to give in so easily and instead make things a bit more interesting. What neither expected is that Rick is not about to return Alicia to her father even if it causes a major war among the families.

This is a final story in the Romano Maria Brothers series and it is a fast-paced, enjoyable and entertaining reading experience. The story-line was interesting and the characters held my attention. Plus add in some "lite" BDSM and it makes certain scenes even more fun to read.

I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

Rick Romano is the head of the family's mafia and when a rival breaks the truce he knows the he has to fight back in a way that no one will try it again. Alicia is the daughter of Juliano Rick's rival and she is taken as payback for what her father has done. Alicia should be scared but once she sees Rick she is anything but. Sparks fly between them and Rick knows that there is no way that he could ever hurt her. When Alicia overhears why they are after her father she tells them that they are wrong that he wouldn't do anything to go against Rick. This has Rick and his brothers investigate into the matter some. Alicia and Rick get closer during her time with him. But what will happen when he has to let her go? Will they find out if her father is innocence?

This is a great story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This was a hard one to review. I loved the blurb, and couldn’t wait to start reading this story about the Romano boss making an example of another mob boss’s betrayal by using his daughter.
Not sure, but something just didn’t flow quite right. It might have been the dialogue where everyone seemed to speak in proper English. Even during Rick and Alicia’s steamy scenes, they were dialoguing in complete sentences. It was a bit odd.
Some of the phrasing also added a stilted quality to the storyline.
I really loved the premise, and the way Rick cared for Alicia. I was also appreciated the way the author did not demonize Alicia’s father.
Lots of good in this book, but the execution just didn’t do it for me.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
