Even though these characters have matured and this series moved towards a more "adult" genre, I loved that the author was able to capture the "youth" aspect while portraying realistic issues. I just finished Let Love Shine and it was a cute read and such a great follow up for the Let Love In series. This focuses on Reid and Maddy from Let Love In and Let Love Stay. I do recommend reading these before this or you will not even know what is going on. This picks up off with Reid and Maddy on their way home from the hospital after having Braden. It is about dealing with life and what come with it. It shows 1 year later when Braden turns 1 and then some extras thrown in at the end. I will not mention it because I do not want to take away from this story but it was really really good to read it! Maddy is still beautiful inside and out but she is having mommy issues after having a baby, what all mothers go through. Reid is still sexy as ever and so madly in love with his family and is just trying to help Maddy through her stuff. I really enjoyed this and felt liked if flowed really well. Its beautiful, enduring and just a good all around read. We also got to see Brian and Mel, Momma C. I still love them and I just cannot wait to see where this story goes and will be impatiently waiting! <br /><br />If you are looking for a quick yet satisfying read, I promise, read this series. Wow, this felt more like a novel than novella. The gang was all back and facing their inner struggles and happy times TOGETHER... I love Maddy and Reid growth and connection, I wish at twenty I had that support. Melanie confession and Maddy unveiled inner secret touched my heart. <br /><br />Dylan struggle is what made me cry but Reid being there as a friend is helping but it will take a village to break through his walls of regret and what-if's. <br /><br />Thank you Melissa for sticking to REAL struggles and topics that many can relate too. This is one of the reasons I am a forever fan.<br /><br />OAN:James still didn't get his blow job scene but the sex was off the chain.

Let Love In and Let Love Stay are two of my favorite books! I loved having the opportunity to spend time with Maddy and Reid again. If you've read the first two books keep reading…if not…go read the first two books and then read the rest of my review.<br />They are now a young family. They are working, Maddy is still taking classes and they are finding their footing in the new parameters of their life together. This beautiful book is filled with sweet moments, and steamy moments. Maddy and Reid are hands down one of my favorite couples. I loved having the chance to peek into their lives again.

If you are fan of this series, you don't want to miss this. What happens after love, marriage, and the baby carriage? (Not necessarily in that order.)<br />With a new baby, new marriage, new school, and new job, we get to follow how Maddy and Reid deal with life's changes and grow stronger as a family. Melissa touches on real life problems like sleep derivation, body image, and trying to have sexy time and not wake up the baby(not always easy.) <br />Melissa gives us a heartwarming story and doesn't disappoint, especially in the bedroom (cold shower anyone.) Also, at the end there are some alternate POV's and deleted scenes, then at the very end is a character interview with Maddy and Reid. <br />Looking forward to the next installment of this series, keep up the good work Melissa!<br /><br />Favorite Quotes:<br /><br />"I want to take my time with you, go slow. ***** I received an ARC copy for an honest review *****<br /><br />Wow just finish reading this book, and I cant say which book I love the most from this series, I love the characters and love how it turned out to be, I am gone keep it short since I don't want to give anything away. This is the story of Reid and Maddy, it will tell you how their marriage life is going, and how much they still love each other, and how they still have the love of their friends and how they treat each other as a family.<br /><br />The story begging with Reid remembering the first time they got home from the hospital, with their son and how nerves they where, from their it also will tell you how they end up learning to change a diaper, and how they get into parenting, while learning to be new parents Reid is still with his job, and Maddy is working during the day and taking classes at night at the same time being a new mother, while we get to see what's going in the life of Maddy and Reid we also get to see how much Reid still love her and he gets to show her.<br /><br />Maddy is having trouble with her new body and having doubt about, but when Reid figure this out, he make sure that he gets to tell her and show her how he really feel about her, I really enjoy and love reading this book, I read this book in les than three hour, that's how good this book is I couldn't put it down, I hope that when you read it that you get to love it and enjoy it as much as I did.<br /><br />Author Melissa Collins THANK YOU for another great story specially from one of my favorite couple.

I absolutely love, love, love these characters. This book is a great "catch up" to everyone in the series. We get to see Maddy and Reid, Brian and Mel and Momma C. This book starts with Maddy and Reid coming home with baby Braden. We get to see their fears and concerns over being a parent. The book then jumps forward and we see Maddy and Reid being great parents but see Maddie is feeling "unattractive" from her baby body. God love Reid because he is there to try and convince her that she is the most desirable woman alive!! If you didn't love Reid crazy before you will now. He is just the perfect alpha male/sensitive love. I think that is why I am so drawn to these character.<br /><br />Maddy and Reid don't really have major "issues" but they are definitely growing up and growing into a confident, happily married couple. Do they have concerns and fears, yes but who wouldn't. When people in their young 20's have a baby and get married they do carry extra burdens but thankfully they are blessed with an amazing support system to help them through it all.<br /><br />If you enjoyed the series then this book is a MUST because we get to see Maddy and Reid and what their life is going to be like..........

This short sweet novella starts off with Braden's birth. You see their fears and concerns for being first-time parents at such young age. And as any couple knows, the first year of a marriage can be tough and Maddy and Reid are no different.<br><br>Reid is working and Maddy is at school, they try support each other and want only the best for their little family. We sure can see how much they have grown. While Maddy is still beautiful inside and out, she is having mommy issues after having a baby and Reid is still sexy as ever, so in love with his little family and trying to show Maddy how awesome and beautiful she is.<br><br><b>"Before you had Braden, you were the most beautiful girl I'd ever seen, and now since you've had him, you're the most stunning woman on the planet."</b><br><br>I didn't want their story to end, it always sad say goodbye.. but if you've loved Maddy and Reid as much as I have, you will get great satisfaction from the events in this book. They sure get the perfect conclusion to their story and the happy ending they deserved all along! I would reread this series countless, countless times. When I found out we were getting more Reid and Maddy I was so jumping for joy!! The Love Series is one of my favorite series that just makes your fall in love with their characters. When Let Love Heal was released, I loved Melanie’s story but to be honest… I missed Reid. Don’t get me wrong, I adore Melanie and Bryan’s story, but Reid is just that “sex on a bad boy stick” that I love! A bad boy turned married man with that oozes sex appeal and worships the ground his wife walks on. What is not to love about that?? <br /><br />With Love Love Shine we get a glimpse into the married life of Reid and Maddy and I loved it. The books starts off when they bring home little Braden home from the hospital. It’s hilarious being a mother of three reading this because you are transported back to those fears of having your first baby. Maddy also struggles with her post baby body and has insecurities and I love that Reid is right there for her every step of the way. <br /><br />“I want to take my time with you, go slow.
