These kids. It’s bad enough witnessing the aftermath of their abuse, what it does to them in the long run… but losing them is worse. The cowboy lost one, to no fault of his own. But he will “own” that blame nonetheless and carry it home. The rest will be up to Axel. He’s good for Clint. He tames the cowboy’s demons.CLINTMy Egyptian brother has protected me for years—even at the beginning, when he pretended to despise me. We don’t talk about his protective nature over me, it’s just there. But I see it, feel it—and it bonds us tighter as brothers. It doesn’t exist because he thinks me weak. I know better than anyone that he feels safest when I have his back. And vice versa. He knows this horror show with these kids messes me up. It burrows in, takes root, and torments me. 4.75 stars

Glad our guys made it home to their men and families but my interest is piqued by the FBI agent that knows Conchise's past. Will we get another book about that, then the weddings?? Looking forward to it!

I can’t even express how disappointed I am in this book. First of all, there are still loose ends that were not addressed. So, somewhat of another cliffhanger. This “mission” was wrapped up, but there are still questions.

Second of all, I’ve been reading about this group of men for 6 years. SIX YEARS!!! And in that time, the storyline has not advance more than about a year, if that. WTF?!?!?

Third, when Clint and Cochise came home, there’s a huge gathering at Anthony, Angelo, and Adrien’s place but Axel and Kane are not there! Everyone else got told except for Clint and Cochise’s significant others. That is messed up.

Fourth, I REALLY don’t understand why Carmen and her siblings were given to Cruz. He just gave up Hope to Clint and Axel, and they were related! Now he just has a different baby. Yes, I get that Cruz speaks Spanish, but Max and Horatio would have been a far better choice. They have been talking about adopting more kids, and a baby in particular, for a while now.

I want to say that I’ve had it with this series, I really do. Mostly because I’m sick of being dragged along piecemeal for a story. I hate that I’m so invested in these mens’ lives, though I have come to hate a few of them recently and I skip their parts. With most books coming in below the 200 page mark, focus on one or two couples and finish it. Stop dedicating so many chapters to every character in there and inching the story along.

While there are still quite a few grammatical and punctuation errors, it has improved some.

This is definitely NOT a stand-alone.

I become very engrossed in CJ Bishop's Cowboy Gangster novels/series. I've read them all. The storylines are very dark, violent, and disturbing, yet also contain characters that are endearing, charming, and loveable. It's quite a mix! You root for the "bad" good guys! You hope for, but never know if there will be, a HEA. What we usually get is a HEA - for now - but know there's more angst and trouble coming in the next installment. Bishop always lays the groundwork for the next book in the current one. While I always look forward to the next book, I found a couple of things very annoying about this one. First, this particular story was divided into 4 parts - 4 separate books - which, quite frankly, was irritating as heck. Four books = three times the books left you hanging at the end = 4 times the cost of a regular Kindle book. Second, considering the entire storyline (4 books) was supposed to cover only 8 days in the lives of these characters, it seemed unbelievable that Clint and Cochise could infiltrate a prison-run, child sex-trafficking ring and bring it down in such a short amount of time. These two men had to attain the trust of the ringleaders and get into the groove of prison life in order to accomplish their goals. In real life, this type of sting operation would take several months at a minimum. Yet, Clint and Cochise did it all in a week!!! Preposterous! Third, some actions on the parts of the main characters just didn't ring true. Why wouldn't Clint and Cochise contact their families the minute they had the chance? Instead, they wait until the last moments before being reunited. Fourth, several times throughout the story - occurring in all four books -incidents/discussions/explanations were reiterated by the author. We got it the first time, you don't need to tell us repeatedly how much someone misses/loves/longs for another person. Or how many times they regret their pasts. We know. You told us on multiple occasions. In every one of the four books in this series - over a time span of only eight days. Still, a recommended read.

OMG!

OMG ?. I never cried and laughed so much. Definitely need tissues. This book was amazing and the whole series is phenomenal. Love, love, love it. So much pain in this series but so much love too. You can see it in what Clint and Cochise did for the children and some of the inmates. I felt so bad for Axel and Kane. They suffered so much but in the end, you couldn't find two happier people. Leave it up to Cochise to put a little drama in the end. The hero's are back home.
I never laughed so hard at Jules. The things that come out of his mouth. Lol. Got to love him to pieces.
This book and series is a must read. If you don't , you don't know what you're missing. CJ Bishop out done herself again. I'll be reading this series over and over again. I could only give it 5 stars but if I could I'd give it 1000+. I hope this isn't the last we read about these fantastic men. Bishop, we need more. Can't get enough of Clint, Axel, Cochise and Kane. And all the others.

Another amazing read

As usual 5 stars are just not enough for this author. She writes such beautiful men that the reader falls more in love with each time you read a book.
This author has a knack and an amazing ability to write in such a way that the reader can picture being there. Watching each chapter unfold. These men pull every emotion from the reader it's hard to put the books down.
Clint and Cochise are desperate to get home to their men but first they have to finish this job and save the children.
They have a few battles to fight bofore they can go home to the men and families they love but fighting to get home to their families
This author takes the reader on a roller-coaster of emotions and you are hooked from the very first word to the last. Such an amazing book.

I am a big fan of CJ Bishop and especially her Cowboy Gangster series. I enjoyed her Lost Series and looked forward to reading each book in the series. It was nice to see another side of Cochise and it was touching to see his humanity and how Kane's love and their family's love was able to pull him back from the brink. I must say though that Lost & Found Book 4 was not as gripping for me; I felt like it needed more. What exactly, I'm still reflecting on, I know that I enjoyed the book, but wasn't satisfied with the story. It was like it reached a high note and right in the middle the note broke and left you feeling like wait a minute that's it. Anyway, I hope Clint and Cochise and the gang still has stories that need to be told.

Satisfying comclusion

At first, I wasn’t sure I was going to like this one very much, but it turned out to be a rather satisfying conclusion to this chapter in the life of Cochise, Clint, and their families. I avoid spoilers un my reviews, so I will just leave it at that. I hope this is just a conclusion for this series and not the last we see of them. There’s still plenty to explore with these guys and it seemed she was setting up a few new avenues. Any books featuring Clint and/or Cochise are auto-buy for me. One if a very short list I will pre-order. Always worth reading.

I have always loved CJ Bushop writing. From very 1st book, I was hooked. The Cowboy Gangster series were gritty, emotional and tough and always spot on. Totally connected to them. The Lost Series, was a little different, still griddy, but I had a hard time connecting to it. Was thrown by the emotional breakdowns of everyone waiting at home. They were gone for 8 days not months. Clint and Cochise would definitely gone to help, and been the bad asses they always are. But in this final book 4, I felt it was jumping all over, with the people, places, and situations. I found it off they would call and meet with everyone else when their coming home, see them even before getting in touch with Axel and Kane. The saving grace was the last few chapters, but still Found it incomplete.

No words

I have no words that would do the ending to this special part of the cowboy gangster story.
Concise had co.e a long aT and I can't wait for his tale give told and Clint as always his special self along with some New faces that have been introduced and excepted Into the families.
The messages that c.j. Bishop tries to get across in today's world are very moving and should be needed in life ", Children's lives matter" that is what the world needs to live by.
