Dropped at 30%...

The mayor reason why I didn't like this book is the writing style. There were so many sentences that were repeated and for that reason I just didn't care for the story anymore. When it's such a short book like this one, the repetition stands out a lot. So...sadly I didn't finish the story. :(

**3.5 Stars**

Snow craves escape, needing to be independent and no longer under the very watchful eye of her dad. She knows the death of her mom made him terrified to lose her too, but his way of coping is becoming suffocating. The only bright spot Snow has is seeing Hunter, her dad's head of security. She knows the much older man doesn't see her as she does him, but it doesn't stop her from dreaming he does.

Hunter knows Snow feels stifled and only stays because she loves her dad, and when she runs, needing some time to herself, he knows exactly where to find her. Snow is the only woman he's ever loved, and has since first seeing her two years ago, but doesn't believe she'd ever return his feelings.

However, he's done waiting, as is Snow, and both know now is the time to take a chance and admit their feelings for one another...even at the risk of rejection. And when they realize it's mutual, nothing will stand in the way of their HEA.

One-click now and follow along as two people, unknowingly having waited for the other, experience everything for the first time with their true love.

**I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.**

One of my favs!

“Snow … are you?” “Yes,” I whispered, placing my hand on my belly. And then the sweetest moment of my life happened … my big strong man, my rock, started crying.

Oh yeah! Love my crying H's. And a virgin at that. Woo-freakin-hoo!
-no cheating
-each others one and only
-no violence or abuse
-dual POV
-possessive H
-love how H loves h
-great epilogues
I've re-read this story at least 10 times & love it every time. This is a great little novella. Mila takes a different turn on this Snow and the Huntsman story. And I really enjoyed it. You get all the sweet sex and lovely story. I really enjoyed it and I would read more of her retelling fairytales if she wrote more.

I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy for my honest review.

I loved fairy tales as a child, and have a particular soft spot for re-imagined, re-told and updated versions of those stories. That being said, I don't know if I would have known that Snow's Huntsman was based on Snow White if it weren't for the names and a passing mention of the iconic apple. There is a grieving widower, his beautiful young daughter, a H charged as her protector, and the h fleeing home, but I didn't see any other similarities That being said, I enjoyed the short story on it's own merit. The writing style was fluid, the sexy times were plentiful and I could see a lot of potential. I would rate this as a 3.5 star read. One of the biggest things that I loved was that BOTH the h and H were virgins. I love a H who is so steadfast and loyal and in love that no other woman will do. I. LOVE. IT. I liked that there wasn't an evil stepmother to play the villain. I loved that the father wasn't made the villain of the story either and that he acknowledged Snow and Hunter's relationship without any of the push back and bluster that normally follows a story.

Part of what kept this from being a higher rating for me is that I thought the chapters were a little repetitive. There was what seemed to be endless inner monologues from both about how they had loved and wanted the other for years. Once is good. Heck, I mean I WANT to hear that; just not over and over. I felt that the page space could have been better spent on character or story development. I would have enjoyed seeing some of the interactions between Snow and Hunter that showcased their developing feelings. In that sense, the story felt a little flat and more of a prologue than a fully fleshed out story. I would definitely be interested in revisiting these characters if the author decided to expand upon the story line and write something more full length.

**An ARC was given to me in exchange for a honest and unbiased review**

Mila Crawford Aria Cole

I loved how these two authors co-wrote this steamy fairytale short story and made it much better than some that I've read before because it's more realistic in some parts, in a more steamier, hot kind of way, at least to me ;)

I loved Snow and Hunter's connection and their chemistry was so HOT to me that it made me blush a couple of times while reading their thoughts about each other and then their intimate scenes together, phew, HOT ;)

This short story has everything I would like to read in a good, short novella. It has the two main characters, Snow and Hunter, crazy in love with each other, yet unbeknownst to one another, their love is returned; they're devoted and faithful, which I loved, even though they weren't even together, that's what I call true love and knowing no one would compare and it would be pointless to try (at least for this couple) and finally admitting to each other their feelings, their love towards one another was beautiful and sexy at the same time as well as their passionate love scenes together ;)

Their journey as they were reaching their happily ever after was a little long but sometimes waiting is good too, especially if the time is right and you finally get the beautiful happily ever after that these two get <3

I hope we get to see more stories co-written by Aria Cole and Mila Crawford because this was an awesome fairytale retelling of Snow White... and the name Snow's Huntsman fits to this story perfectly and their characters love story and personalities, it sounds more right because Snow and Hunter were meant for one another and were each other's one & only <3

Dual virgins and so much love!

I adore when the hero and heroine are equally matched in their sexual experiences, and here we get that. No evil stepmothers or other nefarious deed-doers. Just pure love and lust. And I adore a man who cries for his love.
