The Dragon's Witch

<i>“I have looked at you in a million ways, and I have loved you in each.”</i><br /><br />A sweet story this one, but I was expecting more smut , more sexiness and more background story . <br />I like Felix, he is charismatic, confident, smart, gentle and a dragon shifter ?<br />Natasha was not bad herself, (for the type of h this author was going for ), cute, clumsy, shy , sexy in her own awkward way and a powerful Gaia witch. <br />They make a cute couple together and the chemistry felt pretty accurate☺️<br />Overall, pretty basic story , not over the top drama, no OW/OM bullshit , so its a safe read this one.

He wanted to find a way to die in the hopes that it would make him start to really live. And the way to die could be provided by a Gaia witch! <br /><br />Both Natasha and Felix are keeping their own secrets from the other. Not having all the information can cause the death of one or both of them! Felix is willing to give his life for her. Will the secrets be revealed in time to save them both? Or will someone have to die, never finding the loving HEA that could have been theirs?<br />

Intense Shifter Romance<br /> <br />What an intriguing plot and a sexy yet sometimes sad read! Unusual, but in a good way. The hero and heroine seem to be at cross purposes in their ultimate goals in life. He is an immortal dragon shifter who wants to die because he feels burdened by immortality. She, on the other hand, is actually dying unless she finds an ancient artifact. She's a particular kind of witch that has historically had issues with the type of dragon shifter he is. They have the ability to kill each other; yes, the “immortal” dragon can be killed by a Gaia witch. But they meet as humans, not knowing of the other’s background, and the sparks really do fly. They do have a palpable chemistry. They're actually a great couple together. But there are lies and secrets, most often coming from a good place of wanting to protect the other. I have loved all of the books I have read by the very talented Lola Gabriel and this one is no exception This particular book falls into the chosen world so it looks like it could be the start of a new world but there seem to be some links to past series<br /><br />Natasha Dubinkina is a Gaia witch and while she tries to live life to the full she knows that she is dying the only thing that may save her is a lost relic that she needs to fund quickly but she also has to be careful because as a gaia witch she is also been hunted by a dragon as he needs her as his mate. She meets Felix Dornan and he seems to be everything that she could possible want but she needs to keep the secret of her imminent death from him this is her last chance at happiness. Felix is keeping his own secret he is a dragon shifter and is supposed to be looking for the witch that completes him and he will give her his immortality. Will they discover one another's secrets and realise that they are meant to be together Will they get a HEA

<strong>Omg loved this book </strong><br /><br />Dragon shifter Felix is looking for the gaia witch for two reasons for one he needs her so she can take his immortality from him then to kill her as her kind have killed but also as they took him and tortured him when he was little and left as permanent reminder on his skin. Natasha always had a smile for everyone but deep inside she was struggling to find the cure of her curse the darkness that haunts her dreams and is getting stronger she is a Gaia witch trying to stay of the radar of the dragons that have killed her kind and her parents. Her powers are strong but she controls them the best she can the more she uses them the stronger the curse is within her. She needs to find the artefact she happens to bump into Felix they both don’t know what the other is they strike up a relationship f Felix is helping her on a treasure hunt or so she says but their feelings are getting stronger however each other’s identity are revealed to each other with dire consequences especially to Natasha now Felix needs to hurry to save her
