This book is set around the screwed up Wolf pack from the last series. Daylen (werewolf who forcibly turned a human) is back home and festering in his wounds. Not even trying to lick them, because he believes he deserves every bad thing to happen to him. And his best friend, a fox shifter who's been missing him for two years, just wants to know what she did to push him away.
This was a pretty powerful book, and the jacked up situation within the pack had no easy answer. I honestly had no idea how this could end without a total poop fest, but it does. It's messy, and the characters are indecisive, but I loved it. I super hope the next book is Stark and Lyndi, because that would be awesome.

This book was good but did not blow me away as expected after its epic predecessor where the character of Daylen was introduced. I feel quite disappointed and a bit let down as I was sure the story of Daylen would be just as great. I do feel Denver was a great addition to the plethora of strong women T.S. seems to write for these men and Denver did not disappoint. There was many a moment I was cheering for her and many a moment where my heart ached for her.

I also liked how this story introduced Stark, a character who seems to be nothing but a hindrance and an annoyance to those around him but who hints at hidden depths and emotions. I look forward to reading more about him and fingers crossed, also about Marsden.

This author keeps surprising me.
This story was great. Loved how she redeemed the H, his vulnerability was heartbreaking. The h was feisty and positive and strong. The scene with the orange tan was hilarious and then turned so hot??.
A great book!
This one started out slow for me, but quickly picked up once Daylen started talking to Denver and realizing that the 2 wolves he was left with were always in his camp. I loved that Denver made Daylen realize that the pack will be what he makes it, something he didn't stop to consider.

As always the writing is fantastic with angsty shifters and an awesome h. Her belief in the H is the key for him to find his way forward. She's really the hero of the story and I loved it. Except for my personal dislike of alliteration of names - Daylen and Denver, yuck!
